POLICY - Adoption fees are NON REFUNDABLE. Once you have paid your fees and have been accepted into our camps, we have no obligation to to refund your fees if you decide to leave the camp, camp with someone else or not attend Burning Man.

Why? Because we need to plan and spend money months ahead of the actual Burn. HOWEVER … in extreme circumstances, your fees may be refunded at our discretion. By registering with one of our camps, you agree that your fees are non-refundable.
